Firm's Goulet Named in List of "Groundbreaking Lawyers"

In its 2009 Groundbreaking Law and Lawyers Report (November 2009), Public Utilities Fortnightly recognized MBO counsel Denise C. Goulet in its "hotlist of 'Groundbreaking Lawyers' -who are counseling industry decision makers on a range of critical issues." Ms. Goulet was commended by the report for her work with public power in Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) markets. Since joining MBO in 2005, Ms. Goulet has represented cooperatives and public power entities in PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) on issues including the RTO's scarcity pricing rules and its reliability pricing model (RPM).
