Mr. Conoscenti is an associate in the law firm of Miller, Balis & O'Neil, P.C. in Washington, D.C., representing entities in both the electric and natural gas industries.

Mr. Conoscenti is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.B.A., magna cum laude, 2002) and the George Washington University Law School (J.D., 2005). While in law school, he served as a member of the George Washington Moot Court Board, worked as a judicial intern in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, and was a research assistant for an antitrust and trade regulation casebook.

Mr. Conoscenti is a native of Cockeysville, Maryland, and currently resides in Washington, DC.
