Electricity Regulation
Mr. Adragna is a Principal in the firm. In 1987 he became associated with the firm and was named a Principal in 1992.
Throughout his legal career, he has represented the interests of municipal- and cooperatively-owned electric utilities before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and before federal and state courts. Mr. Adragna also has represented the District of Columbia Office of People's Counsel in a variety of regulatory proceedings involving retail electricity matters.
Mr. Adragna, a native of Watertown, New York, currently resides with his family in Bethesda, Maryland.
