Kevin J. Conoscenti

Kevin J. Conoscenti is an associate with Miller, Balis & O’Neil, P.C., where his practice focuses on the representation of municipal utilities and rural electric cooperatives. Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Conoscenti has assisted with the negotiation of numerous electric utility business transactions including wholesale power supply agreements and transmission service agreements. Mr. Conoscenti has experience in regulatory proceedings and litigation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia and has participated in the appeal of administrative agency decisions to the federal circuit courts and the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

Mr. Conoscenti is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia Circuit. Mr. Conoscenti is a 2002 graduate of the University of Notre Dame (B.B.A magna cum laude) and received his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2005.
