John Michael Adragna

Mr. Adragna is a Principal in the firm. In 1987 he became associated with the firm and was named a Principal in 1992.

Throughout his legal career, he has represented the interests of municipal- and cooperatively-owned electric utilities in the full range of electric utility business transactions, including power supply and contract negotiations, resource acquisition and renewable resource development, demand-side management, transmission access and regional market participation, particularly in PJM. He has represented clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and other federal agencies, state regulatory agencies and before federal and state courts. Mr. Adragna also has represented the District of Columbia Office of People's Counsel in a variety of regulatory proceedings involving retail electricity matters.

Mr. Adragna, a native of Watertown, New York, currently resides with his family in Bethesda, Maryland.
